"The uniform means that now you belong to a great brotherhood, which extends to the whole world.

A perfect uniform, correct in the details, what may seem of little importance; yet it has its value in the development of a certain personal dignity, and has enormous significance with regard to the consideration of which the Movement enjoys with strangers, who found them by what they see. So I hope that all of you guys will remember this and will play according to the rules of the game properly taking your uniform."
