SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING COST

dandyDADA ships on the Italian territory at the fixed cost of € 10.00 (VAT included).

With the exception of the Livigno where shipping costs € 40 and Campione d'Italia where shipping costs € 70.

dandyDADA ships on UE territory at the following rates, which include art packaging, shipping:

dandyDADA brings the greatest care to preparation of packages, so that your order reaches you in perfect state and that you can fully profit from it.  You will receive the artwork in a cylinder, if you choose the mounting option “only print”,  otherwise in a double wave cardboard box, sealed by the application of an adhesive tape branded dandyDADA. 

Mind attention to check the entirety package  (no bruises, cuts, signs of compression or contact with water). If you have a doubt on the nature of packaging, notify it to the carrier operator and ask him to check together the state of the artwork. 

In case of a failure, we recommend to accept the pack by writing on the delivery receipt: 'AGREE WITH RESERVE', indicating any anomalies detected. Each pack is accompanied by a detailed transport document indicating the sender, the recipient and the list of products ordered.  If you have requested the invoice (with your personal  VAT number), you can find it into the box. 

Deliveries are made only to the address indicated by the user in the order form. The user is solely responsible for shipping address provided.

To product delivery to the carrier, the user will be sent an e-mail confirming the shipment. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding national holidays. 

In case of problems to the delivery, due to force majeure, dandyDADA will contact you by e-mail to inform them of the delay in delivery. dandyDADA not be held in any way responsible for any delays due to acts of third parties or acts of God.

Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the address specified in the order form.

In case of non-delivery to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will leave a card to certify the delivery attempt. On the card will be shown the data that the user will use to contact the carrier and define a date for the second delivery attempt.

WARNING: Any customs fees or import will be charged when the package reaches its destination country. These expenses are charged to the recipient. DANDY DADA has no control over these charges, which may vary considerably from country to country. For more information you should contact the customs authorities of the country of destination.

RETURN

The customer, who purchased through the website www.dandydada.com, deserve to terminate its contract with ISPAR srl, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 20 days from the date of receipt delivery, unless otherwise specified.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by the dispatch, by the deadline, a written notice must contain the name of the applicant, code and description, details to make the refund and that must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to this street address:

The buyer who wants to make use of the right of withdrawal must return the goods by sending the same in a period not exceeding twenty (20) days from the date of receipt. The costs and risks associated with product returns will be charged to the buyer, who will send them securely with the guarantees necessary because the products arrive in perfect condition.

The return can’t take place in any case if the products supplied were clearly object of use. Products must be returned with the appropriate protections, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged nor dirty), with all accessories and any documentation.

REFUND

Refund, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be activated by the Seller as quickly as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Seller is aware of the exercise of the cancellation after verification of its proper execution and acceptance of returned products.
