GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The general conditions of sale detailed below, govern the relationship between the users (hereinafter identified as "customer" , “buyer”, "you") of the website www.dandydada.com and the trademark dandyDADA belonging to the company ISPAR Ltd. - Institute for the enhancement of the artistic heritage , having its registered office in via Patroclo 15 , 20158 - Milan (Italy), and having VAT number 07118520969.

Before submitting the purchase order, the customer is required to read these terms and conditions, entering an order implies their automatic acceptance.

The customer buys the artworks by choosing the size and a mounting option, whose characteristics are described in detail online, at the price indicated plus any shipping costs as reported on the website.

HOW TO PURCHASE

Before confirming the purchase order, the site will show the unit cost of each product selected, the total cost in the case of purchase of more products, and amount of shipping costs.

Once confirmed the purchase order, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt and acceptance of the order, containing all the information about the products purchased, the details about the price, shipping costs, applicable taxes and means of payment and information on the right of withdrawal. Bysending that confirmation mail, the purchase contract is concluded and formalized.

dandyDada.com reserves the right to reject or not to process orders that are incomplete or missing essential data.

The bill, if required, will be issued to the customer and placed inside the package shipped, using the data entered by the customer during the registration to the site.

PRICES

All sales prices of the artworks on the Site are stated in Euro and include VAT and all other taxes.

PAYMENT METHOD

Paypal and Credit Cards : the customer can make payment through Paypal circuit , using a personal account paypal or by choosing not to register for the service Paypal . In case  that payment is not made within 3 days from the date of order, unless any other written agreement between the customer and the staff of the site DANDYDADA.COM , the order will be canceled without notice. There is no extra charge.

Bank transfer : the customer can make the transfer to the following account ISPAR Ltd. , whose bank details will be provided on the website , or through a special email once the order is placed . The goods will be shipped after the receipt of the transfer by ISPAR srl . In the bank transfer , in order to speed tracking of payment and order fulfillment , please indicate the identification code of the order notified by mail . Please send the bank transfer within 3 days from the order or the same will be canceled.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to terminate the contract in terms of these general conditions, without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of twenty (20) working days from the day of receipt of the products sent by the buyer (in accordance with Articles. 64 et seq. of the Consumer Code-Legislative Decree 22.07.2005 n. 206).

The right of withdrawal is exercised sending, by the deadline of twenty (20) working days, a written communication must contain the name of the applicant, code and description, details to make the refund and that must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to this address: ISPAR srl, Via B. Davanzati 49, 20158 Milano.

The communication can be sent, within the same period, also by email at the following address contact@dandydada.com 

The buyer who wants to make use of the right of withdrawal must return the goods by sending back them within twenty (20) days from the date of receipt. The address to send the returned product is:    ISPAR srl, via B. Davanzati 49, 20158 Milan (Italy). 

The costs and risks associated with product returns will be charged to the buyer, who will send them securely with the guarantees necessary because the products arrive in perfect condition. 

The return cannot take place in any case if the products supplied were clearly object of use. Products must be returned with the appropriate protections, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged nor dirty), with all accessories and any documentation.

REFUND

Reimbursement, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be ' activated by the Seller as quickly as possible and in any case within thirty ( 30 ) days from the date on which the Seller is aware of the exercise of the withdrawal right, after verification of its proper execution and the acceptance of returned products.
