Rock II

In the fairy tale or  alien landscape of the Fairy chimneys valley, a maze of towers, crevices, canyons, pinnacles and rock castles, ancient legends are narrated from generation to generation. The first inhabitants of the region believed that these chimneys were inhabited by fairy creatures who lived on underground, others say that they were the inhabitants of the Cappadocia region to build these extravagant towers to take closer the benevolent spirits of the area and be closer to them. A third local story has it that the characteristic chimneys are petrified of soldiers from an Anatolian deities to save the villagers from the imminent enemy invasion.
