Mediterranean Passion

The whole project was born from a passion for painting . Not being able to paint I combined the art

by florist that allows me to compose the scene and love for photography, thus creating the still lifes. Using the technique of brushstrokes of light I try to reproduce the atmosphere of the master Caravaggio, simulating through the use of a torch light passing through the branches of a tree, hence the light not uniform on the whole scene, and then filter through a window. The recreated atmosphere is that of past times including in the scene everyday objects of a bygone era.
