Quince

"Attentive, but as Grieve" so Roberto Longhi defines the still lives of Fede Galizia, the same could be said of photography Quinces Manolo Tatti. The image is pervaded by the calm of the whole monochromatic. The brown buggy skins of ripe fruits soften the contrast of light and shade of the scene. The towel, dropping following a serpentine pattern, seems to save the only healthy quince. The author focuses on the truth of light, on the tactile aspects of the fruits that contrast with the hardness and coldness of the wood. The slightly tilted framing and quince fall from the tray carrying the observer to center stage.
